91,000 sq. ft. Ice Arena

With considerable assistance from the Sun Prairie Youth Hockey Association, several area businesses, and dedication from many hockey and skating enthusiasts; the Sun Prairie Ice Arena, a new state-of-the-art, two-ice sheet facility, was opened on January 17, 2014.

Our 91,000 sq. ft. ice arena, located at 838 Grove Street, is owned and operated by Sun Prairie Ice, Inc. (SP-Ice, Inc.), a non-profit 501(c)(3). Even though the doors to the facility opened in 2014, fund-raising will always continue. See our 10th Anniversary page for how you can contribute and participate in this upcoming anniversary event.
