This position works under the supervision of the Manager on Duty. Primary focus would be to handle cash, program registrations and customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide a positive customer experience with fair, friendly and courteous service.
- Registers sales on a cash register by itemizing and totaling customers purchases.
- Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
- Provides facility and program information to customers via phone and in-person.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff and customers.
- Maintain a clean and safe facility at all times.
- Execute policies and procedures professionally and accurately
- Practice excellent customer service
- Any other duties as assigned
